Her fame is based on the lip-sync videos she has posted and her dance videos posted on the famous TikTok page, addisonre. Forbes magazine announced that Addison Rae had the highest earnings on TikTok in August 2020. In addition, she's among the top TikTok users. Addison Rae not only is a TikTok celebrity, but she's also incredibly famous on other social media platforms like Instagram YouTube Twitter. In 2021 she made her singing debut through the release of Obsessed, her debut single. When it was released, the single ranked at 4th on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart. Addison Rae received nods in some of the most prestigious awards ceremonies like the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards and the Kids Choice Awards.
