Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971 is a popular and rich Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and she were among the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss - born on the 23rd of July 1971 is a popular American country and bluegrass singer. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the music scene winning local competitions from the age of 10 old and recording her first album when she was 14 years. When she was 14, she signed with Rounder Records and in 1987 she released her first solo album. She was invited to join the band which she still performs Alison Krauss and Union Station and later released her first album as a band in 1989.
